I'm Frustrated

I have the knowledge, the plan, the skills, the tenacity (not temerity) and the desire to change things for the better and turn this place around.

My efforts are mostly thwarted by the powers that be, out of cowardice, and there's nothing I can do about it.

Bah! That sucks - underappreciated at work, I assume?

It happens to me too. For every fantastic idea you have there is a person in the position above you who can come up with at least 3 bullshit reasons to shoot it down.

It IS cowardice. To not even give the idea a try is saying that you want nothing to change - for better or worse. It's terribly unprogressive and frustrating. I feel your pain, man...
