Pic O' the Day - July 21st

It's said that "orbs" will appear in pictures, and that these "orbs" are the earthly manifestation of ghosts.

Taken last fall at the .

We snuck upstairs to the old servant's quarters.

Aside from the creepy 1800's baby carriage, we didn't see anything scary until we looked at the pictures.

Orbs?

You be the judge.

I was on the same trip when these pictures were taken "van" and I have a picture that is FULL of orbs (it's tucked away in my bible now haha!) I will scan it and somehow try to post it. we HAVE to make it there again this year and take more pictures to see if the same thing happens. we got orbs on 2 different cameras. --the much spoken of "meridith"

Thanks everyone for stopping by!

I'm sure we'll be making the visit to the Mansion again soon...so be sure to check back often!

A quick and first hand story about the Lemp Mansion:

In my senior year of high school, we went to the Mansion as a field trip for our "Myths & Legends" class.

During the tour, I found myself standing in the room with the rest of my class, and was all fidgety, as young people are, so I shifted two feet to the left.

ICE COLD

Shifted back, room temperature again.

Shifted back

ICE COLD

It's then that the tour guide points out to the class that "Oh, and where that young man in the IOU T-Shirt is standing, is where one of the Lemps shot themselves."
